A Better Way Yo Die - Purdell/Caruso/Schwartz

After years of producing and co-writing for such acclaimed artists as Ozzy Osbourne, Poison, and Alice Cooper, John Purdell would finally come into his own as a performer releasing his Debut CD "Hindsight". I was honored to be his collaborator on the cut, "A Better Way To Die"(Caurso/Purdell/Schwartz) . Sadly this would be his debut and final Album, since he passed away shortly after its recording.

Originally the Album "Hindsight" was to be called "Sidewinder" but John Purdell ultimately opted for "Hindsight" perhaps knowing this would be his final work. Thank You Again Mr. Purdell for inviting and illuminating me with "A Better Way to Die"

This Thursday night, December 23rd at 11pm Eastern time, 8pm Pacific time tune into Z Talk Radio for this very special show where hosts Robert Saul and Travis Wettstein have a serious discussion with Singer, Song-writer and Musician Michael Caruso about Suicide Awareness and Prevention.

Caruso, Saul and Wettstein will all be sharing intimate stories about this very important subject and are inviting all listeners to share theirs as well via chat room or by calling our studio line at 609-957-5295. We will also be premiering Michael Caruso’s song “For Tessa” that was written for his late daughter who was lost to suicide. Caruso will talk about this heart breaking song and tell us how through this music and his message we can raise awareness to prevent future suicides.
